AI consulting & implementation for Australian businesses

AI. Consult. Build.
Partner. Together.

Custom AI for Australian businesses. We find where the hours hide and build AI into how you already work.

One path, three steps, no surprises

Your team is buried in admin, some of them are already quietly using free ChatGPT, and every agency promising transformation has never sat in your chair. We work differently: everything scoped to your business before we start, plain language, and a path you can stop at any step of.

Step one

The Consult

Scoped to your business

We map where your hours and money actually go, with a compliance lens, review your AI and data risk, and hand you a plain-language roadmap. Yours to keep, whoever you build with.

What the Consult covers
Most chosen Step two

The Build

Scoped to your business

Your custom AI workspace: a project for every role, your policies loaded as knowledge, your existing systems connected, guardrails written, whole team trained. Claude, Anthropic's business-grade AI assistant, is our preferred platform; your stack is respected.

What the Build includes
Step three

The Partnership

Simple monthly retainer

The system stays current as the rules change. NDIS and Commission updates translated into your setup, new skills as needs emerge, refresher training, priority support.

How the Partnership works

Or start with AI Education

Not ready to build? We run plain-language AI education for teams and leaders: what AI is, what it is not, and how to use it safely in your world. A confident team makes every later step easier.

About AI Education

Compliance is where the money hides

Storm has worked as an NDIS consultant for years. Legislation, practice standards, funding models: the rules are where organisations burn the most hours, and where AI and automation save the most. We do not bolt compliance words onto tech. We build AI inside a culture of compliance.

Government frameworks, understood

Builds start from the legislation and standards that govern you, so the time saved is the expensive kind: reporting, evidence, audit readiness.

A culture, not a scramble

When the rules change, and in the NDIS they always do, your systems and policies update with them. Compliance becomes how work happens, not a panic before an audit.

Overheads down, on purpose

AI, automation and better systems aimed squarely at overhead: the admin layer that eats margin without serving a single participant or customer.

Industries we know from the inside

NDIS and disability services

Storm ran NDIS businesses for ten years and consults on quality and compliance. We know the Practice Standards, the audit pressure and the razor-thin margins, because we have lived them. This is our deepest work.

AI for NDIS providers

Retail and e-commerce

Storm founded and runs her own retail brand. We have used AI across the whole stack: customer service, operations, content and reporting.

Beauty and consumer brands

Product businesses with small teams and big content demands are where AI leverage is easiest to prove. We build it the same way we use it ourselves.

Case study

Thirty hours a day, back from admin

That is what Live Your Best Life, a NSW disability support provider, reports since we rebuilt how their admin gets done: nine role projects, forty-two custom skills, their own policies loaded, their whole team trained in a day.

Ten staff, each saving a minimum of three hours a day. That is thirty hours back every working day, team-wide, before the system has finished bedding in.

10staff saving admin time daily
~30 hrsback every working day, team-wide
~$1,350a day, at $45/hr average wage

The arithmetic: 10 staff × 3 hours a day × $45 an hour. That is roughly $6,750 a week, and on track for $300,000+ a year if it holds.

As reported by LYBL, not independently audited. Formal measurement is under way and will replace this maths when it is done.

"Having the team learn Claude has been incredible. I was really overwhelmed with how to use AI, and the change it has made cannot be overstated. The way Storm helped us set it up as a business means it is idiot-proof, which is exactly what I need. Our overheads are reduced by 35%, and the team is so much more productive, doing things they actually like doing. It has been a huge game changer for us."

Nine role projects, including

Incident reporting Quality & compliance Communications SIL operations Staff & HR + four more

Each one loaded with LYBL's own policies, templates and guardrails, so staff open their project and it already speaks LYBL.

Run the maths on your numbers

Our first client's team reports a minimum of three hours back a day, per person. What would that look like for your team? Change the numbers to match your organisation; this is honest arithmetic, not a promise.

23 hours back, every week

Hours returned to support work, customers and the parts of the job only a person can do.

This is arithmetic, not a promise: your document times are yours to test. When our measured results are published, they will replace this maths and say exactly how they were counted.

The person behind it

Built by an operator, not an agency

Storm spent ten years running NDIS businesses before she ever advised one. She founded and still runs ByStorm Beauty, an accessible beauty brand, so the retail and e-commerce advice comes from lived practice too.

Meet Storm

Questions we get every week

Is our client and customer data safe in AI tools?

It depends entirely on how it is set up, which is the point of doing this properly. We configure paid, business-grade AI tools where your data is not used to train models, and we build guardrails for what never goes in. For NDIS providers this includes participant privacy rules aligned with the Commission's published position on AI.

Will our staff actually use it?

That is the problem we designed our whole approach around. Staff do not get a blank chatbot and a pat on the back. Each role gets its own project with its own knowledge and instructions, so using AI feels like opening a tool that already knows their job. Then we train them on their real tasks, not demos.

We are a small team. Is this overkill?

Small teams get the fastest payback, because one person wears five hats and AI can carry three of them. Engagements are fixed-scope and sized to the business, and we will tell you on the first call if we think you do not need us.

Do we need new software or systems?

No. We build on top of what you already run. The implementation lives in Claude, works alongside your existing systems, and does not require replacing anything.

What does it cost?

Engagements are fixed-scope with the price agreed before we start, sized like the consulting engagements you already know rather than an open-ended tech project. The first call is free and you will leave it with a straight answer on cost.
